Nathalia Santana possesses extensive experience in program management, training, and educational facilitation within diverse community settings. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Global Kids, Nathalia develops curriculum maps and coordinates interactive workshops for after-school programs in under-resourced communities. As a Senior Trainer and Volunteer Coordinator at The Nation Foundation, Nathalia has successfully managed multiple projects, including the reconstruction of the Kikaaya School Library, while also facilitating workshops and overseeing social media communication. Previous roles include Assistant Director at The Peace Project, where curriculum development and partnership engagement were key responsibilities, and various internships that provided valuable insight into international relations and multicultural awareness. Nathalia holds a Master of Science in Global Affairs from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Cultural Studies from St. Francis College.
