Claudia Moacho is an experienced professional in product and project management with a background in customer service and graphic design. Currently serving as Product Manager/Product Owner at GIMO Global Interactive Marketing Online Ltd since September 2017, Claudia manages tactical and strategic roadmap projects, collaborating with business stakeholders to define product roadmaps and user stories. Prior to GIMO, Claudia held various roles at Johnson & Johnson from July 2014 to September 2017, including Team Manager, where leadership abilities ensured excellent customer service for diabetes care products. Claudia's earlier experience includes customer-facing roles at Bertrand as a Bookseller and O Primeiro de Janeiro as a Graphic Designer, with a foundational education in Visual Arts and Multimedia from Instituto Politécnico de Viseu.
