Luis Celarie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance management. Currently serving as a Technical/Food Safety Manager at Primority since March 2024, Luis previously held the position of Quality System Supervisor at Encirc, where duties included managing the Quality Management System and conducting internal audits. Experience at Premier Foods as a Process Technologist & QA involved supporting technical compliance and leading HACCP programs. Additionally, Luis acted as QA Manager during a secondment at Knighton Foods Ltd, delivering effective quality assurance services. Early career roles included Quality Assurance Technician positions at Calbee - UK and English Provender Company, along with experiences in media production and trade marketing internships at Dinant.
