Mariana Mayor Lima is an experienced professional in human rights and international relations, currently serving as a Project Manager at Global Human Rights Defence since August 2023, where project development and strategic planning are key responsibilities. Past roles include Middle East and Human Rights Researcher, where legal research and content creation were focal points, and Field Worker at Dråpen i Havet, where Mariana developed a curriculum for asylum seekers. Prior experience also encompasses coordinating projects for municipalities at Orbe - Consultoria Internacional and conducting research as an intern at both Governo Brasileiro and Enactus. Mariana holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Human Rights and Multi-Level Governance from Università degli Studi di Padova, underscoring a strong academic foundation in social sciences and international relations.
