Cambria Skvarka is an experienced leader in people and culture, currently serving as Vice President of People + Culture at Global Health Visions since November 2022. Cambria is also the Owner and Principal Consultant at Cambria Diane Consulting LLC, specializing in organizational strategy, leadership, and talent development. Notable recent projects include co-designing and facilitating a leadership training session for the Executive Leadership Academy in Nevada. Previously, Cambria held various leadership roles at 4.0 Schools from 2011 to 2020, including Chief Talent Officer and Chief of Staff, where a significant staffing redesign and strategic initiatives were accomplished. Prior experiences also include managing AmeriCorps programs at Rebuilding Together New Orleans and coordinating development workshops at the University of Virginia Leadership Development Center. Cambria holds a degree from Gordon College.
