Gina Rogers, MSW, serves as the Development Coordinator at Boys Town since January 2019, responsible for processing donations, maintaining donor records, and managing donor inquiries through CRM software. Previously, Gina held several roles at Boys Town, including FFS MSW Intern, where therapeutic sessions were co-led, goals were developed via a service planning tool, and foster home licensing services were assisted. Gina also served as a Volunteer Coordinator, Summer Recreation Specialist, and FHP BSW Intern. In addition to experience at Boys Town, Gina was the President of Heart Gallery Big Bend from December 2021 to January 2023, and worked as the Fostering Success Coordinator for the Florida Department of Children and Families. Gina's early experience included a Sales Intern position at the LeMoyne Art Foundation, where engagement in arts education was promoted. Gina holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from Florida State University.
