Michelle Bernat has extensive experience in project management and customer service, currently serving as IT Project Team Lead and IT Project Manager at Global-e since June 2017, where previous roles included Customer Service Coordinator and Customer Service Representative. Prior to Global-e, Michelle held the position of Store Manager at Moked Toys from February to December 2016, and worked as a Back-end Specialist at Altria Israel, Ltd. from June 2013 to November 2015. Early in Michelle's career, involvement with The Jewish Agency for Israel as a Bat Sherut took place from June 2009 to June 2010. Michelle's educational background includes a degree in Event Management, Design, and Production from Shenkar and studies at Rothberg International School.
