Mayu Kanki has extensive work experience in customer success and account management. Mayu currently holds the position of VP Customer Success Japan at Global-e since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Account Management at Incredibuild from July 2019 to July 2021. Mayu also held various roles at LivePerson, including Customer Success Director from February 2018 to June 2019 and Sr Customer Value Manager, APAC from October 2012 to February 2018. Before joining LivePerson, Mayu worked as a Translator from January 2007 to 2012 and as a Sales Associate at Recruit Group from January 2006 to March 2007.

Mayu Kanki obtained a Bachelor's degree from Tokyo Metropolitan University in 2011. In 2012, they pursued a Master of Social Science degree at RMIT University, which they completed in 2013. Currently, Mayu is attending the University of Tsukuba Law School, pursuing a Law School degree.
