Jay has deep expertise in the telecommunications industry since he started his telecom carreer in 1996 as a founding employee of ITXC, the world's first and largest VoIP international carrier. Post ITXC, Jay's experience included VP of Operations & Engineering for the VoIP Services group at Transaction Network Services (TNS) and SVP of Engineering and Operations for Infini-Route Networks. At Infini-Route, Jay and his team built and managed outsourced VoIP solutions for carriers such as Sprint, AT&T, BT and Telefonica.
