Simone Torres Costa is a seasoned professional in the field of transition coaching and leadership development, serving as the Founder and Senior Coach at TORRES COSTA TRANSITIONS since January 2008. Alongside this role, Simone has worked as a Global Transition Coach for Global Connection Expat Partner Support since February 2019 and has been a Social Pedagogue/Coordinator for the Collaborative Proactive Solutions (CPS) Program at Johanneskolan, City of Malmo, since May 2017. As an Associate with TCO International since 2012, Simone contributes to a global network that has facilitated over 500 people development projects for major multinational organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Psychology from Lund University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, complemented by studies in Psychology and Business Administration at The Open University and Miami Dade Community College.
