Kiran Naik is an experienced TAC Engineer at Global Cloud Xchange since May 2015, specializing in technical support and network operations. Prior to this role, Kiran served as a Service Assurance Manager at Ericsson India and Alcatel Lucent Managed Services from January 2015 to May 2015 and July 2013 to December 2014, respectively. Kiran's career began at British Telecom as a GNOC Engineer from August 2012 to July 2013, focusing on wireline core network support. Kiran also held the position of Deputy Manager at Reliance Communications from February 2008 to August 2012, with expertise in transport feasibility and planning, and worked as an NMS Engineer at Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Ltd from November 2006 to February 2008, responsible for network expansion and fault troubleshooting. Kiran holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai and a Diploma in Electronics and Video Engineering from St. Xavier's College.
