Ken Heptinstall has extensive experience in network operations and implementation within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager Operations - EMEA at Reliance Globalcom, formerly Flag Telecom, since April 2001, Ken oversees daily network operations, including circuit turn-ups, fault clearance, and maintenance of Subsea and Terrestrial DWDM networks. Prior experience includes a role as Implementation Manager Region 1 at GTS, where Ken managed the build and implementation of SDH and DWDM networks across multiple countries. Previous positions include Business Planner at BellCableMedia and External Planner at British Telecom. Ken holds an HNC in Telecommunications from East Ham College of Technology, earned between 1982 and 1986.
