Bulent Erkaya is the Chief Operating Officer at Global Call Forwarding. Prior to this, they were with United World Telecom and Advance Travel & Tours, where they served as Co-Founder & Director. In this role, Bulent developed regional partnerships with tour operators from Egypt and Israel with the goal of establishing a joint venture in the USA aimed at providing regional tour packages to Christians interested in visiting religious sites.

Bulent has also worked as an Account Manager at USA Global Link. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating all aspects of the regional partnership process including the selection of tour organizations from Egypt and Israel, the business plan, the joint venture agreement, the USA office location, first year expense report and sales projections. Additionally, Bulent launched a new web site with targeted tour packages, created a new marketing concept, established partnerships with local tour operators and hotels, and actively marketed the new web site through search engines and referral sites.

Bulent Erkaya has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Maharishi International University.
