Staci Warden sits on the Boards of the Global Blockchain Business Council and the Algorand Foundation. She also serves on the advisory committee of the Financial Technology Association and the United Nations Capital Development Fund. She chairs the Board of the Rwandan Capital Market Authority. For eight years, Warden ran the Global Market Development Practice at the Milken Institute, where she led initiatives on strengthening capital markets, the future of finance/ /FinTech, and innovative finance in developing countries and emerging markets. Prior to Milken, she ran J.P. Morgan’s public sector practice in EMEA. Before that, she led Nasdaq’s two markets for microcap companies and had senior roles at the U.S. Treasury Department, the Center for Global Development, and the Harvard Institute for International Development. Warden has worked or done business in over 50 countries and has advised, spoken, and written widely on issues of sovereign-wealth management, capital-market development, and financial innovation for inclusion.
