Oihana Ederra Fernández has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Oihana started their career as a Prácticas de asesor de convivencia CFIE at Centro de Formación del Profesorado e Innovación Educativa in 2017. Oihana then worked as a Communication and Technologies Project Manager Assistant at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they developed technology and social networks, filmed and edited videos for YouTube and UAMTV institutional channel.

In 2016, Oihana worked as a Formador de Robótica educativa en inglés at LEGO® Education ROBOTIX. Oihana then joined IGNITE Serious Play as an Especialista digital in 2019. At Innedu, they held the positions of Digital Education Consultant and Digital Learning Project Manager from 2018 to 2021.

Oihana also worked as a Formador de formadores at Asociación Espiral in 2020. Currently, they are working at Global Alumni, where they have taken on multiple roles. Oihana is currently the Digital content creation and delivery Director ESP, responsible for managing teams, creating and training departmental and interdepartmental processes, and designing the user experience.

Throughout their career, Oihana has demonstrated their expertise in digital content creation, project management, and educational technology.

Oihana Ederra Fernández's education history begins in 2010 when they attended Blue Valley North West and earned a Bachillerato degree in Pedagogía Waldorf. Following this, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Universidad de Burgos from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Grado en Pedagogía degree, specializing in Tecnología de la información. In 2017, they furthered their education at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, completing a Master of Technology in Education and Formation, with a focus on Educación.
