Steve Bennett is an experienced IT professional with extensive knowledge in desktop administration and technical support. Currently serving as a Desktop Administrator at Global Alliant Inc since July 2022, Steve previously worked as a Help Desk Agent IV at Atos, where responsibilities included troubleshooting PCs and Macs, managing user accounts through Active Directory, and software installations. Prior to that, Steve held the position of Senior Field Technician at Turner Techtronics, where similar tasks were executed. Steve's career began at BAE Systems, encompassing roles related to help desk support and office automation software, where expertise in Windows 7 migrations and image creation was developed. Steve holds an Associate of Occupational Science degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Gibbs College.
