Jonathan Small serves as the Chief Research Officer at Global Ag Risk Solutions since March 2018, focusing on transforming farm businesses. Prior experience includes a tenure as Partner at MNP from December 1999 to March 2018, providing farm management consulting to enhance operations and achieve farmers' goals. Jonathan held the position of Senior Manager at MNP, concentrating on grain and cattle production, and previously worked as an Associate at Strutt & Parker from June 1993 to September 1999. Early career experience includes consulting for dairies, hops, and orchard fruit at Laurence Gould Consultants from September 1987 to June 1993. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Wye College, London University between 1979 and 1982, and attended Skinners School in Tunbridge Wells, UK from 1971 to 1978.
