Ninette Fernandes has been with Global Aerospace since October 2007, serving as a Solicitor and Company Secretary, as well as an In-House Solicitor, providing comprehensive legal support to the aviation underwriting industry, including claims management, contract advice, compliance, and general legal tasks. Prior experience includes a role as Claims Adjuster, overseeing claims for large aircraft and aviation product manufacturers, and managing lawyers on claims. Ninette completed an 18-month secondment as a Trainee Solicitor with Barlow Lyde & Gilbert/Clyde and Co, gaining experience in various legal sectors. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from The College of Law of England and Wales and a BA in History from the University of Liverpool.
