Juan Ignacio Navarrete Bañados has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Juan Ignacio started their career in 2011 with a social internship in an NGO called "Missao Social" through AIESEC. In 2014, they worked at Homeurbano, where they supported the implementation of ISO 9001 by documenting processes and standardizing documents using Bizagi.

From 2016 to 2017, Juan worked at SONDA as a Service Manager, responsible for the operational continuity of IT services and monitoring service quality and costs. Juan Ignacio then joined Dev-Mentor S.A. in 2017 as a Project Manager, leading various projects and managing a dedicated help desk for industry clients.

In 2019, Juan joined APPARTNER SPA as a Data Analyst, where they were responsible for ETL processes, designing and creating BI architecture for Data Marts. Juan Ignacio also worked closely with clients in the shipping and insurance industries, designing prototypes and creating reports with Power BI.

In 2021, Juan joined Global66 as a Business Analyst and later transitioned into the role of a BI Developer. In this role, they created pipelines in the AWS cloud for Data Warehouses, designed and created Data Warehouses in RedShift, and created dashboards for the business areas using Quicksight.

Currently, Juan is working at Dashare Analytics as a Data Engineer, starting in October 2022.

Juan Ignacio Navarrete Bañados graduated in Managment Analytics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2022. Juan Ignacio studied Economics at Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria from 2009 to 2015, focusing on an empirical study on the relationship between religion and the economy. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Analyzing Data with Microsoft Power BI from Microsoft in July 2021.
