Shane Counihan is an experienced Service Delivery Manager specializing in the international markets of APAC and EMEA at Gloat since July 2021. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of over 25 projects, ensuring service excellence, driving revenue through professional services, optimizing project methodologies, and leading teams of project managers and implementation staff. Shane previously held the role of Programme Manager at The Access Group, focusing on program planning, governance, budget management, and stakeholder communications. With a background in engineering and project management, Shane also has experience in civil engineering and data analysis, holding a Master’s degree in Information Systems for Business Performance from University College Cork and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Munster Technological University.
