Ricardo Guerra Gavilanes is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in engineering and operations. Currently serving as an Independent Entrepreneur at Lugar Smart since September 2020 and as an Operations Assistant at Glo since August 2022, Ricardo has extensive experience in the field. Prior roles include Field Service Ops Specialist at Alcon from May 2018 to July 2020, where responsibilities encompassed technical support, and Engineering Specialist at Hospiplan Cia. Consultora from August 2015 to May 2018, providing support in electrical and electronics engineering for construction projects.
