Mike Murphy has extensive experience in talent scouting, evaluation, and selection within the sports industry. Mike began their career with the Kansas City Chiefs as an Assistant Pro Director, where they evaluated NFL team rosters and assessed talent for Championship-winning strategies. Mike then worked for the Seattle Seahawks as a Midwest Regional Territory Manager, proactively identifying and prioritizing potential draft candidates. Later, they joined the Dallas Cowboys as a National Territory Manager, leading the evaluation and selection of draft prospects. Murphy continued their career with the Miami Dolphins and the New York Football Giants, where they held regional territory manager roles focused on identifying and assessing potential draft candidates. Additionally, they have experience in real estate as a Realtor, specializing in client relationship management and contract negotiation. Most recently, Murphy worked as a Business Development professional at Hollis + Miller Architects and GLMV Architecture, with a particular focus on the higher education and corporate sectors. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills, resulting in successful team recruitment and organizational growth.

Mike Murphy attended William Jewell College from 1987 to 1989, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a focus on Physical Education Teaching and Coaching. Following this, they enrolled at Iowa State University from 1990 to 1991, during which they pursued higher education, although no specific degree was mentioned.
