Ying Cong Seah is the Co-Founder and Head of Labs at Glints, where they oversee product development, growth, and operations of the Vietnam Job Marketplace. As the CTO of Glints, they have played a key role in developing a platform for youths to gain experiences, skills, and connections through internships and mentorships. Prior to Glints, Ying Cong Seah co-founded Arts'N'Sew, a social enterprise focused on raising micro-loans for 3rd-world entrepreneurs. With an Engineer's Degree in Finance and CS from The Wharton School, they are dedicated to democratizing higher education and empowering youths with career capital.
