Stefanie Loise is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment, sales development, and business management. Currently serving as a Recruitment Consultant Manager and Associate Business Manager at Glints since June 2022, Stefanie oversees the hiring process and leads recruitment teams while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Previously, as an Associate Sales Development Representative Manager, Stefanie drove business growth by generating sales leads and strategizing customer acquisition models in the Indonesian market. Stefanie served as an Export Manager at Brica Agro Samudra, where skills in designing export strategies and monitoring sales transactions were key contributions to organizational success.
