Natasha Nicole Tan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Earn and Learn Programme Project Lead at Glints, where Natasha acts as the main liaison for a partnership project with Skillsfuture Singapore. Prior to this role, Natasha worked as a Community Marketing Intern at Glints, managing community groups and social media platforms. Natasha has also operated as a private tutor since January 2014, specializing in primary and secondary school subjects. Additional tutoring experience includes serving as a History Student Tutor for first-generation college-bound high school students at the Upward Bound Program in New York, and as a Tuition Teacher at Odyssey Learning Centre. Natasha's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University at Buffalo.
