Mely Agatha is an experienced account manager currently working at Glints since November 2021, where responsibilities include managing long-term partnerships to achieve strategic sales, profit, and growth targets. Previously, Mely served as a talent success associate at Glints, leading onboarding sessions for new hires. Mely's experience also includes working as a project manager at Phileo, where key responsibilities involved project management, stakeholder management, and developing communication materials.
