Mourad Mamdouh serves as a Legal Advisor at Glimpse Legal Translation since December 2023 and has been an Attorney with the Egyptian Bar Association since May 2022, providing legal advice and consultation to clients while analyzing their cases. Prior to these roles, Mourad gained experience as a Customer Service Representative at the National Bank of Egypt from January 2021 to April 2022, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty, and as a Customer Service Specialist at Orange from April 2020 to December 2020, where issue resolution was a primary duty. Mourad holds a Diploma of Education in Administrative Science from Minufiya University and a Bachelor of Laws from the same institution.
