Kyle Rusconi is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in technology, life sciences, and finance. As the Founder and General Partner of First In Ventures, LLC since January 2020, Kyle supports early-stage companies through a network of high-net-worth individuals and has partnered with the Illumina Accelerator. In addition, Kyle founded Sharpen.com, an EdTech company focused on early literacy, and has served on the Board of Directors for GLIKNIK INC. and GEOSIM. Prior to these ventures, Kyle had a distinguished 17-year career in proprietary trading at BNP Paribas and Macquarie, culminating in senior leadership roles. Kyle holds a degree in Finance from Villanova University.
