Syed Hassan, CSM has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current position as Service Delivery Director at GlideFast Consulting, a role they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Service Delivery Manager and ServiceNow Sr. Architect at the same company from February 2021 to June 2023.

Before joining GlideFast Consulting, Syed worked as a Solution Delivery Lead and Solutions Architect at IntegrityPro Consulting, LLC from May 2020 to January 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Service Delivery Director at Pharicode from November 2017 to May 2020.

Syed also gained experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst at NetImpact Strategies Inc. from June 2017 to November 2017. Syed then worked at Deloitte as a Federal Technology Consultant from January 2016 to May 2017, where they were responsible for managing and delivering projects within the federal health information systems sector.

Earlier in their career, Syed held the position of Senior IT Consultant at Robert Half Technology from August 2015 to December 2015. Syed also worked at Primary Services as an IT/Finance/Accounting professional from August 2014 to May 2015.

Syed kick-started their career as an Analyst at K12, a technology-based education company, from October 2013 to June 2014. Syed was also an Intern at Heritage Wealth Advisors from January 2013 to May 2013, gaining experience in tax preparation and financial planning.

Their career began at Apple, where they worked as a Specialist from September 2011 to January 2013.

Syed Hassan, CSM has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications, including a Certified Implementation Specialist - Project Portfolio Management from ServiceNow in January 2021, a Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management from ServiceNow in January 2020, a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in September 2018, and a Security+ certification from CompTIA in April 2018. Syed also holds various micro-certifications and a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification obtained in October 2017.
