Thea Alteria is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resource General Manager at EZAKI GLICO since August 2018, Thea provides strategic business partnership and execution leadership within the HR function, focusing on organizational development, talent management, and employee engagement. Additionally, since September 2016, Thea has been supporting Diageo as the Indonesia HR Business Partner. Previous roles include HR management positions at Baker Hughes, Tetra Pak Stainless Equipment, PT Praweda Ciptakarsa Informatika, TNT Express and Logistics Company, and PT Sempati Air. Thea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University Indonesia, completed in 1992.
