Sugandha Kapoor is a Market Research Analyst at Plivo since January 2022, bringing expertise from previous roles as a Business and Research Associate at Phronesis Partners from February 2020 to August 2021 and as an Intern - Trainee Decision Scientist at Mu Sigma Inc. in late 2020. Sugandha completed a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Chandigarh Engineering College, Landran, in 2020, following a foundational education at Sacred Heart Convent School, Jagadhri, from 2001 to 2016.
