Mihaela (Radu) Gersib is an experienced professional in event management and marketing, currently serving as Team Lead for Americas Content and Events at GLG since February 2017. In this role, Mihaela has led operational planning and streamlined workflows, contributing to enhanced client satisfaction and significant revenue growth through successful event execution. Previous positions at GLG include Production Manager and Production Specialist, where Mihaela focused on innovative event features and managed a high volume of virtual events, respectively. Additionally, Mihaela began a career in festival marketing as an intern at C3 Presents and held a leadership role as Marketing Chair at Southwestern University's Clusterfest Music Festival. Mihaela holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Southwestern University and studied German Studies at TU Dortmund University.
