Arthur Lam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth coaching, policy advising, and corporate development. Currently serving as a Growth Coach at Communitech since June 2022, Lam previously held roles including Executive in Residence at Climate Innovation Capital and Executive Advisor to Trade & Industry Ministers' Offices for the Government of Canada from 2017 to 2021, where significant contributions included overseeing over $80 billion in business financing programs and advising on innovation and international trade policies. At Equifax from 2012 to 2017, Lam excelled as General Manager of Consumer + Verification, significantly increasing joint venture revenue. Further experience includes senior positions at Brookfield Asset Management and BMO Capital Markets.
