Rachel Lloyd, M.S. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Rachel started their career at Journal Media Group, where they held various positions in accounting, credit and collections, and human resources. Rachel then moved on to work at Glenroy, Inc., where they served as the Director of Human Resources and Org. Development, responsible for setting company-wide strategic direction. After that, they joined NeoCoil as the Sr. Director of Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Mgmt., where they focused on leadership development and performance management. Most recently, Rachel worked at Rausch Sturm LLP as the Chief Human Resources Officer and is currently working at Glenn Rieder, LLC as the Human Resources Director.
Rachel Lloyd, M.S., obtained a Master's Degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business in 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Ottawa University in 2008. Rachel also holds an Associate's Degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Waukesha County Technical College. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications in OAD Analyst from OAD LLC in 2017, and Voices® 360 Feedback Facilitation and Coaching, as well as Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry in 2016.
