Tia Ferrara is a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a diverse background in recruitment and customer service. Currently serving at Glenaire since January 2023, Tia previously worked at AMS and Resource Solutions, enhancing talent acquisition processes. Earlier experience includes a role as an Onboarding Specialist and Manufacturing Recruiting Coordinator at Caterpillar Inc., as well as customer service expertise gained as a Personal Shopper at Harris Teeter. Tia also held the position of General Manager at Tweetsie Railroad. Tia holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Appalachian State University, where studies were completed between 2017 and 2020.
