Sunil Agrawal has extensive experience in the security industry. Sunil began their career in 2000 as the System Architect and Founder of Cranite Systems, a company that enabled mobile wireless devices to securely maintain connections while roaming within corporate WLAN environments. In 2002, they joined Adobe Systems as a DRM/Security Architect and Engineering Manager, where they designed and implemented Adobe Access, a DRM for Adobe's Flash Video. In 2010, they joined Motorola Mobility as the Director of Engineering and Security Architect, where they were responsible for the security of Motorola's next generation platform. In 2011, they founded Armor5, a company that created Zero Touch Cloud Security service, and served as the CTO and VP of Engineering at Digital Guardian. In 2015, they became an Advisor at Zighra. In 2016, they joined Netflix as Security @ Netflix. In 2018, they joined Nutanix as Security Leader. In 2019, they became a Security Advisor at Prosimo.io. Finally, in 2021, they became the Head of Security at Bolt, and in 2022 they became the Chief Security Officer at Glean.
Sunil Agrawal attended Gujarat University from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering. Sunil then attended Iowa State University from 1995 to 1997, where they earned an MS in Computer Science.
