Michael Solarz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael started their career as a Logistics Manager at Magnum Tools in February 2013 and worked there until August 2014. Michael then joined Rush Trucking Corporation, where they held multiple positions, including Customer Service Representative from August 2014 to June 2015, Corporate Trainer from June 2015 to March 2016, Supply Chain Engineer from March 2016 to September 2017, Account Manager from September 2017 to August 2019, and finally, IT Coordinator and Business Analyst from August 2019 to November 2020. Currently, they are working as a Business Analyst at GLCS, Inc. starting from November 2020.

Michael Solarz has a Master's degree in Information Systems, which they obtained from Eastern Michigan University from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology, General from the University of Michigan-Dearborn between 2009 and 2012.
