James Cimina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investor relations and the music industry. Currently serving as Senior Associate of Investor Relations at Glazer Capital, LLC since February 2021, James previously held roles at HedgeServ, where responsibilities included liaising with CFOs and CEOs, managing investor documentation, and preparing reports for a client base with assets under management totaling $300 billion. In addition to finance, James is a dedicated music writer and performer with Afternoon Men, overseeing multiple aspects of music production and show management. James also has a diverse background in leadership, having coordinated recruitment and charity events for Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity during academic years at the University of Michigan, where a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Sociology was earned.
