Shanthi Rajan has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and technology sectors, currently serving as a Pharma Tech Manager at GlaxoSmithKline since July 2006. Previous roles at GlaxoSmithKline include IT Lead and Business Analyst, IT Service Manager/Application Services Specialist, Senior HRIS Analyst, and Senior Systems Analyst – PeopleSoft. Prior to this, Shanthi Rajan worked at Air New Zealand as a Peoplesoft Developer, Indus Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Group Leader, and Modus Media International as a Senior Systems Analyst. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies at Banaras Hindu University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Madras.
