Nik Ball possesses extensive experience in the pharmaceutical quality sector, holding various senior roles including Operational Quality Manager for both Orals and Sterile at GSK, and Senior Qualified Person. Prior to GSK, Nik served as Regional Head of Quality for Europe & CIS and held multiple leadership positions at Ranbaxy Europe Ltd, including Head of Quality for Northwest Europe and Head of Quality & Pharmacovigilance. Additionally, experience includes management roles at Sandoz, Bioglan Ltd, and Pharmasol Ltd, where responsibilities spanned quality oversight and technical management. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of London and a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Chemistry from Sheffield City Polytechnic.
