Jon Bartlett is the Global Director of Laboratory and Discovery QA at GSK, overseeing the global GLP QA unit and the data integrity group for non-GxP QA. Since joining GSK in 1991, Jon has held multiple roles, including Director for Systems and Quality Management for DMPK and Global Director of Data Integrity QA, where Jon supports Discovery units in enhancing data integrity and quality. Additionally, Jon has led initiatives in Big Data solutions for R&D as the Business Lead for Maxdata and served as a Preclinical Consultant. Jon also contributed as the UK Lighthouse COVID Lab Quality Lead, setting up a COVID testing lab within the Government Track and Trace programme. Prior to GSK, Jon held positions at VG Elemental and J B Computer Systems, where Jon led software development and provided bespoke systems to various industries. Jon holds a PhD in Instrumentation and Analytical Science from The University of Manchester and a BSc (Hons) in Computing and Physics from the University of Hertfordshire.
