Dale Groome started their work experience in 1984 as a Freelance Musician and Private Teacher. Dale then worked as an Elementary Band Director at the Lehighton Area School District from 1984 to 1995. In 1995, Dale became a Systems Engineer at Canton Agency, where they worked until 1996. Dale then joined System Source as a Systems Engineer, providing outsourced consulting services for area companies until 1998. Dale joined Element Fleet Management in 1998 and held various roles including Sr. Technical Consultant, Manager of Technology Management, Performance Architect, Developer, and Application Architect until 2018. Since 2019, Dale has been working as a Programmer / Analyst II at Glatfelter Insurance Group.

Dale Groome obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from Lebanon Valley College between 1980 and 1984.
