Previously, in roles such as Gerente de Retail at GRUPO EBLEN, Juan Pablo successfully designed business models and launched stores for renowned brands like Wrangler and Lee, managing significant sales volumes and leading a large workforce. Juan Pablo's tenure at Ripley Chile from 1991 to 2015 included various managerial roles, notably as Gerente Comercial Regional, overseeing operations across multiple branches and developing strategies for business expansion, including the launch of Ripley in Peru.
