Alexey Chaya is an experienced recruitment professional currently serving as the Head of IT Recruitment at Glassford Global since March 2024. Previously, Alexey held various leadership roles at Selecty from July 2019 to March 2024, including Team Lead, where responsibilities involved overseeing a team of 15 consultants specializing in outsourcing for various IT profiles and managing client relationships. Alexey's recruitment experience began with ER-Telecom Holding from June 2017 to June 2019 as a Lead Recruitment Manager and earlier as an HR Generalist at Vse-Formaty, where Alexey established a department for mass recruitment and onboarding. Alexey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Jurisprudence from the Moscow Finance and Law Academy, acquired between 2009 and 2016.
