Netta Benari is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and finance. Currently serving as a Board Member at Glassbox and Augwind Energy, and as a Business Development, Strategy, and M&A Executive for a confidential company, Netta collaborates with public and private entities on strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Partner and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at Giza Singer Even, where leadership in investment banking and complex finance was showcased, and Vice President of Finance at Delek US Holdings, where Netta established a successful Canadian subsidiary. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at Whitewater Group, Senior Principal at Viola Credit, Senior Vice President at Goren Capital Group, and Senior Consultant at KPMG. Netta holds an MBA and a BA in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.
