Simon Bilcock currently serves as a Business Development Manager in the charity sector since August 2023 and has been with Glasgow Life since August 2009, where Simon holds the position of Community Services Manager. In this senior management role, Simon oversees day-to-day services for library and community facilities, focusing on community engagement and co-production initiatives. Simon also has experience as a Community Services Coordinator, managing a team of community development staff and directing various learning programs. Additionally, since November 2013, Simon has contributed as an Associate Assessor for Education Scotland, supporting community learning inspections. Earlier, Simon worked as a Development Officer at Greater Easierhouse SIP in 2003-2004. Simon's educational background includes studies in charity organization, community development, and attendance at Hermitage Academy.
