Sushmita Dutta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content operations and strategy, currently serving as a GTM Strategist and overseeing Creator & Content Monetization at Glance since November 2019. Prior to this role, Sushmita was the Head of Content Operations at Roposo from March 2018 to November 2019, and previously held positions as Content Curation Lead and Product Curation at Roposo.com between September 2013 and March 2018. Sushmita began the career as a Fashion Merchandiser/Designer at Shooonya India Pvt. Ltd. in early 2013. Sushmita holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion/Apparel Design from Pearl Academy of Fashion and a High School Diploma in Economics from the International School of Panama.
