Simon Pallent is an experienced Contracts Manager currently working at Gladman Homes LLP since August 2019, having held various roles at Gladman since 2007, including Contract Manager and Site Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Site Manager at Bellway Homes Ltd (Thames Gateway) from 2005 to 2007, where Simon managed construction sites and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Simon holds a HNC/HND in Construction Management from The University of Salford and received earlier education at Langbaurgh Comprehensive.
