Fred Mellot is an experienced product leader with a robust background in driving product strategy and revenue growth across various companies. Currently serving as Product Lead at Gladia since September 2024, Fred previously held the position of Chief Product Officer at Stokelp, where leadership in product strategy contributed to the company's recognition in the Impact120 index as a future unicorn in 2024. Prior to Stokelp, Fred was Head of Product at Heroes Jobs, successfully growing revenue from $500K to $2M in less than two years through strategic partnerships with major brands. Fred's earlier roles include Lead Product Manager and Senior Product Manager at Aircall, where management of a team and development of a successful integration ecosystem led to significant revenue growth. Fred's career commenced as Associate Product Manager at Logeo Seine and Product Manager at Ubeeqo, culminating in valuable experience in both startup and established environments.
