Parul Sharma is an experienced professional with a strong background in marketing and brand management, currently serving as Co-Founder of Gladful since January 2022, focusing on creating zero additives, protein-rich breakfast options. Prior to this venture, Parul held various leadership roles at Mondelēz International from May 2007 to April 2021, including Head of Modern Trade in India, Category Manager for Chocolates, and Senior Brand Manager for Cadbury Dairy Milk. Parul also managed brands within the Kids Portfolio and Cadbury Silk & Bournville lines, alongside roles in national key account management and area sales management. Parul holds an MBA in Marketing from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, obtained in 2007.
